Need Budget Advice?
The most effective advice you can receive is that given one-on-one by a Federation certificated budget adviser.
We have a team of dedicated budget advisers serving individuals and families in the wider West Auckland community, either by appointment or on a drop-in basis. Our services are free, confidential, and non-judgemental.
We also provide education on budgeting skills through workplace and community programmes.
We are a registered charity, number CC23991. We acknowledge financial support from the Ministry of Social Development.

- Help you draft a budget
- Help you adjust your budget so you are not going deeper into debt
- Help negotiate repayment plans with your creditors
We are available on a drop-in basis at the New Lynn Citizens Advice Bureau (in the Library building) on Monday mornings from 9 - 11.30am and on Tuesday mornings from 10 - 12 (first come first served).
We are available on a drop-in basis at the Massey Citizens Advice Bureau on Monday mornings from 9:30am till the last client.
We also have a satellite in Ranui. Please ring 09 832 5961 for an appointment.
In certain circumstances we can also visit you by appointment at home. Please leave a message at 09 827 5773 and we will ring you back to make an appointment.
